Hotteok 허떡 (Pancake Korea) Tata cara
- Campurkan air hangat, ragi, gula, garam, dan minyak diamkan 10 menit.
- Di wadah lain masukan tepung terigu, lalu tuangkan air hangat tadi sedikit demi sedikit aduk rata.
- Tutup adonan dengan kain atau wrap selama 1 jam hingga mengembang.
- Bentuk adonan dan isi sesuai selera kalau saya isinya meses coklat.
- Panggang di atas teflon menggunakan api kecil lalu tutup (penutup teflon dilapisi dengan kain agar air tidak menetes).
- Setelah kecoklatan balikan lalu di pipihkan dengan cara ditekan dengan spatula.
