- Siapkan bahan-bahan. Iris dan cuci bawang juga wortel lalu potong kailan sesuai selera. Lalu rebus mie terlebih dahulu. Sembari menunggu mie, larutkan maizena dengan 2 sdm air.
- Setelah mie direbus, tiriskan lalu goreng dan bentuk melingkar. Pastikan mie terendam minyak agar matang merata.
- Panaskan minyak lalu oseng bawang merah dan bawang putih. Setelah layu masukan wortel aduk rata. Setelah sedikit layu tambahkan air & kailan. Setelah sayuran matang tambahkan merica, gula dan garam. Koreksi rasa.
